= ORDENANZA Nº 2036/2009 = ARTICULO 1º: Acéptase la Renuncia del Sr. Intendente Municipal Dr. JUAN CARLOS SIMON a partir del 10 de Diciembre de 2009. ARTICULO 2o: Será reemplazado, tal cual lo estipula el Artículo 123º de la Ley Electoral, por el Concejal Esc. JOSE GABRIEL ERRECA. ARTICULO 3o: Comuníquese, publíquese, regístrese y archívese. ----------------------------
