EL H. CONCEJO DELIBERANTE EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES LEGALES SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE = ORDENANZA Nº 3072/2025 = Artículo 1°: Adhiérase el Municipio de Bolívar a la Ley Provincial N° 15276 y su Decreto Reglamentario N° 969/2021. Artículo 2°: Facultase al Poder Ejecutivo Municipal a dictar la normativa reglamentaria pertinente. Artículo 3º: Comuníquese, publíquese, regístrese y archívese. -----------
