Adhiriendo a regimen de responsabilidad fiscal

Bolívar, 7 de Junio de 2018 AL DEPARTAMENTO EJECUTIVO REF. EXP.Nº 7360/18 EL H. CONCEJO DELIBERANTE EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES LEGALES SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE = ORDENANZA Nº 2485/2018 = ARTICULO 1º: Adhiérase la Municipalidad de Bolívar al Régimen Provincial de
Responsabilidad Fiscal Municipal dispuesto por la Ley Nº 13.295 con las
modificaciones, sustituciones e incorporaciones establecidas por la Ley Nº 14.984.
ARTICULO 2º: Comuníquese al Departamento Ejecutivo, al Ministerio de Economía de
la Provincia de Buenos Aires y al Honorable Tribunal de Cuentas para su conocimiento
y efectos. Regístrese y archívese.
ARTÍCULO 3º: Comuníquese, publíquese, regístrese y archívese.------------------------
