Adhiriendo a ley 26.363 agencia nacional seguridad VIAL
H. Concejo Deliberante Bolívar Bolívar, 28 de Junio de 2012 AL DEPARTAMENTO EJECUTIVO REF. EXP.Nº 6555/12 EL H. CONCEJO DELIBERANTE EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES LEGALES SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE
= ORDENANZA Nº 2192/2012 = ARTICULO 1º: Adherir a la Ley Nacional 26.363 de creación de la Agencia Nacional de Seguridad Vial, de conformidad con lo establecido en el Art. 38 de la Ley. ARTICULO 2º: Autorízase al Departamento Ejecutivo a suscribir con la Agencia Nacional de Seguridad Vial, convenios, acuerdos y demás instrumentos que posibiliten el fiel cumplimiento de la adhesión que se acuerda por el artículo anterior. ARTICULO 3º: Comuníquese, publíquese, regístrese y archívese. ------------------------
