AL DEPARTAMENTO EJECUTIVO REF. EXP.Nº 6452/11 EL H. CONCEJO DELIBERANTE EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES LEGALES SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE
= ORDENANZA Nº 2171/2011 = ARTICULO 1º: Adhiérase a La Ley Provincial Número 13.796. ARTICULO 2o: Créase la oficina de “Ventanilla Única Empresarial”. ARTICULO 3o: Impleméntese la Ventanilla Única Empresarial de modo tal que todo agente que tenga a su cargo la atención, pueda recepcionar distintos tramites y anexar documentación -capacitación mediante- siendo asistido por un sistema de interrelación y comunicación con las Direcciones Municipales que le permitirá en ese mismo momento direccionar hacia la oficina en que se resuelve, inscribe, rechace o determine el proceder definitivo de la documentación. ARTICULO 4o: Comuníquese, publíquese, regístrese y archívese. -------------------------
