AL DEPARTAMENTO EJECUTIVO
REF. EXP. Nº 6115/09 EL H. CONCEJO DELIBERANTE EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES LEGALES SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE =ORDENANZA Nº 2021/2009 = ARTICULO 1º: Modifícase el Artículo 1º de la Ordenanza 1894/2006 quedando redactado de la siguiente forma: “Desaféctase del Área Urbana – Sub Área Urbanizada de Grado I – Zona Residencial 2 el inmueble cuya Nomenclatura Catastral es Chacra 167 – Circ. II – Secc. B – Fracción II – Parcelas 1 y 7” ARTICULO 2º: Comuníquese, publíquese, regístrese y archívese. --------------------------
