EL H. CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DEL PARTIDO DE BOLIVAR EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES LEGALES SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE = ORDENANZA Nº 1957/2008 = ARTICULO 1º: Dar por RESCINDIDA DE LA CONCESIÓN DE LA EXPLOTACIÓN DEL MATADERO MUNICIPAL DE BOLIVAR OTORGADA A ICARFO S.A. conforme ORDENANZA de adjudicación Nro. 1690/2003.- ARTICULO 2º: AUTORÍZASE al Sr Intendente Municipal para que suscriba la documentación necesaria que permita la toma de posesión del inmueble y muebles que por contrato pertenecen a este Municipio, ARTICULO 3º: Comuníquese, publíquese, regístrese, y archívese
