Bolívar, 27 de Abril de 2010 AL DEPARTAMENTO EJECUTIVO REF. EXP. Nº 6171/10 EL H. CONCEJO DELIBERANTE EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES LEGALES SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE
= ORDENANZA Nº 2045/2010 = ARTICULO 1º: Reconózcase la legitimidad del gasto producido en concepto de comisión por transferencia, según surge del Expte, administrativo especial N° 4013-278/09.-. ARTICULO 2º: Autorízase al Departamento Ejecutivo a efectuar las adecuaciones contables pertinentes, a fin de realizar la imputación del gasto enunciado en el Artículo 1º). ARTICULO 3o: Comuníquese, publíquese, regístrese y archívese. ----------------------------
