EL H. CONCEJO DELIBERANTE EN USO DE SUS FACULTADES LEGALES SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE = ORDENANZA Nº 1769/2004 = o ARTÍCULO 1 ): Autorízase al Sr. Intendente Municipal a suscribir con la Dirección de Vialidad de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, el acuerdo 1/04 en sus doce (12) artículos y su Anexo, conforme al texto acompañado. ARTICULO 2o ): Comuníquese, publíquese, regístrese y archívese. --------------------------- --------------------
